Linden

Canada · retirement living

The operating record for a house full of lives.

Linden is a subscription for retirement homes, assisted living, and home-care agencies. One record for the chart, the family, the medications, the pendant, the shift, and the director.

Immaculate Heart Care sends families here. Charts, family notes, and consults stay behind sign-in.

The software should stay as quiet as the room.

Retirement homesSuites, families, and a record a director can stand behind.

Assisted livingThe same day, with more hands-on care and a tighter med pass.

Home careThe record follows the client when the care happens at home.

A day in the house, not a list of features.

  1. 06:30The night report is already on the director's board.
  2. 08:00The medication pass is signed as it happens, including a hold and a refusal.
  3. 09:10A nurse speaks a note. Linden drafts the chart. She edits it, then she signs it.
  4. 10:00Hymn sing. Families see who from their own household is going.
  5. 14:05A pendant reports an impact. The closest nurse is named, not a call centre.
  6. 16:30Tomorrow's gaps are visible before the evening shift starts.

What the subscription actually holds

  • Voice-to-chart documentation, edited and signed by the caregiver
  • Care plans that turn into today's tasks
  • Family letters, photos, and a reply the floor can see
  • Medications and appointments, including holds and refusals
  • Fall and risk signals from pendants, bed mats, and gait bands
  • Shift coverage, including a call-out and an open wing
  • Programs residents can be added to, up to the room's capacity
  • A director's view of care quality and the floor

Built for Canada first.

Ontario retirement residences already live between the RHRA, the family group text, and a binder. Linden is shaped for that work: personal support workers, a director of care, suites rather than beds, Wheel-Trans, and dollars in CAD. The same pressure is arriving in every country with an aging population. The record can travel. The first houses are here.

Personal information in a real deployment stays in Canada. Consults and family notes are saved for the signed-in house, not on the public page.
