Linden is a subscription service for care agencies, provided by Immaculate Heart Care and Cleaning Services Inc., 87 Burcher Road, Ajax, ON L1S 2R3, Canada. Contact: chima.umego@gmail.com.

The agency is responsible for having a lawful basis to record personal health information, for keeping records accurate, and for inviting, removing, and reviewing the people who can sign in.

Linden is not an emergency service and it is not a medical device. In an emergency, call 911. Do not rely on Linden for clinical alarms that have to reach someone if the software or the network is down.

Use the service only for the agency's care work. Do not try to open another agency's records, share passwords, or upload information you have no right to record.

We aim to keep Linden available, and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures, and events outside our control can take it offline.

The agency owns its client data. The agency can export it. We do not claim ownership of the care records an agency stores here.

Either the agency or Immaculate Heart Care may end the subscription. On termination we will, on written request, return an export of the agency's data and then delete it from the service, except for records we must keep to meet a legal duty.

To the extent Ontario law allows, Immaculate Heart Care is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made from records in Linden. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for negligence causing injury where the law does not allow that.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
